Very nice c.1800-1820s Georgian/regency small chest of drawers. Very well made, fine construction, small hand cut dovetails, it is very solid and still useful. It is English, It was bought in northern England many years ago.  It is walnut or mahogany, with pine and oak as a secondary wood. It is not perfect, like many 200 year old items - missing a small piece of the cockbead trim on the left side of the bottom drawer, and it is missing the guide blocks on the inside for the bottom drawer, some normal wear from use/age, light scratches, small chips, spotting on the finish on one side, maybe a few old repairs. It has a beautiful deep rich patina. It looks like someone switched the little ring pulls on the top and bottom drawer long ago for some reason, and it has hasps on the back of the drawers that protrude through the back of the cabinet for locking or securing them.  Overall a very nice piece that displays well. Measure about 12.5" tall, 11" wide, and 5" deep. No free shipping to alaska or hawaii, I only ship wednesday morning. Shipping price includes careful packing and full insurance. Thank you for looking.
