Description
The KC-950 series knives are crafted from DSR-1K6 high-carbon stainless steel, manufactured by Daido Steel Co., Ltd. This high-performance blade steel contains 0.6% carbon and a balanced molybdenum addition. Proudly made in Seki, Japan.
The hammered design not only enhances the appearance of the blade, but also adds a sense of luxury and showcases the beauty of Japanese craftsmanship, while also enhancing food release.
NOTES:
To prevent damage, avoid twisting the blade, striking hard surfaces, or cutting with excessive force. Do not use the knife to cut frozen foods or bones, as the thin Japanese blade, designed for exceptional sharpness, is susceptible to chipping or breakage. Since Japanese knives are handcrafted, slight scratches may appear naturally.
