Estate find. Beautiful antique brass mantle clock made by Chelsea Clock Co. and retailed by Theodore Starr. Classic arched form with pierced decorative front and round brass feet. Metal hands. Clock ticks when moved but I cannot speak to its long-term timekeeping accuracy. A key is not included, and a tune-up or servicing may be required to ensure proper operation.
