Return Policy:

  1. CUSTOMERS MAY RETURN ANY ITEMS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF GOODS FOR AN EXCHANGE OR A REFUND.
  2. ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED, AND FREE OF ANY WEAR OR TEAR AND UNUSED IN A GOOD SALABLE CONDITION.
  3. Please Note: Any diamantes/studs on the shoes have been hand worked/stitched. They are delicate and only functional as a visual decoration. Although every effort has been made to attach them securely it is possible that a diamante or stud will come off. We do not accept responsibility for any decorational part that comes away or consider it to be a fault.
