Delfina Beauty & Fragrance sells authentically sourced, higher-end cosmetic, fragrance and skincare brands in their original packaging. Our items are not stolen and should not be past their prime. We do not open items so they maintain their freshness. The only exceptions are pressed powders (blush, eye shadows, etc.) to make sure they are intact. These items are never swatched.

As per eBay, you can always receive your money back if an item is not right, and we absolutely support this. We post as many photos and identifiers as we can to accurately describe our items. If you have questions about an item, please ask before buying. Our items are not testers. If you are unsure about an item, please do not rely on free returns. We are a small business and this is an added expense that we'd prefer to pay if we've done something wrong on our end.

If you are unsatisfied with anything, please communicate with us so we can make it right before posting feedback.

Refunds will be provided for unused or defective items that are returned. No partial refunds.
