This is used and has some general wear all over and light damage on many of the edges from years of previous use. It is fully tested and in good working order with no issues other than I could not get the color LED's to work. The primary light does work. There are some holes on the sides and I see some painted repairs. The front is plastic and has many scuffs and light scratches.
