This video card is used but comes complete-in-box, as far as I can tell, and it works great!  I am the original owner, and it was my primary video card for several years before I upgraded to a newer card.

This item will ship domestically using buyer's choice of USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, UPS Ground Saver, or FedEx Ground Economy, or internationally using eBay's international shipping program.  Also, be sure to check out my other listings!  I combine shipping on multiple-item purchases to reduce shipping costs where possible.
