This item is new in the original factory packaging.  Please photos to get an exact idea of the condition of the item and the packaging.  This item was adult owned by a serious collector, this comes from a smoke free and pet free environment.  This figure was stored in a plastic snap together case and well protected.  There is also a thin piece of protective plastic over the outside bubble.  This can be peeled off if you wanted to remove it.
