I am not sure of the age or origin of this outstanding primitive pot.   It seems kind of like the Crockery or earthenware from the 1970s to me looking at brown glaze on underside of lid.    The body itself seems very old and I am unable to really find a lid like this with the knob in set.   It is a wonderful condition I can find no error with it and has been well taken care of.  It was hard to photograph for some reason but has a mild Golden Brown look to it on the outside and obviously the lid on the inside is dark brown.  This is large at 19 in by 12 in across and is just striking in a room.  Please feel free to ask any questions and you are welcome to make an offer.
