Serving bowl is oven and microwave safe. Made in the USA. Measures 12.25" across; center dip part is 4" approx. Made by N. S. Gustin Co. There are little identical round marks on the bottom where the plate sits on the table. 

The photo with the carrot shows the truest color of this serving dish; it is beautiful.
