The DUPAGE 76951 tape splicer

I do not have a lot of information on this tape splicer but it seems to work well enough. Both the clamps that hold down the tape work fine. The adhesive tape is kind of old, it might work but I would replace it. Please check all the pictures and feel free to message with any questions.
