Return Policy:

  • A refund, or replacement, can be offered if the item has blown within 12 months of item dispatching date, provided  the body and the cable of the item are in original condition (e.g. not damaged, nor been disassembled).

  • Return requests for any damage due to the user's careless handling would not be accepted. We only accept return requests for manufacturing defects with 12 months of item dispatching date.

  • If the buyer purchased this item in error, the item can be returned in 14 days from the shipping date. 

  • In any case, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay the cost of returning delivery.  We will pay the cost of sending the replacement to the buyer.
