The Vaupel seam sealing gun is used to process sprayable seam sealing from 300 to 320 ml plastic cartridges. Thanks to the adjustable nozzle cap, material quantity regulation and the adjustable spray inlet, different structures can be sprayed. When using the nozzle cap 6.5 and the plastic nozzle set, the material can be applied in caterpillars with different cross sections.

SEAM SEALANT DESCRIPTION:

Körapop 215 is a beige, elastic, one-component sealant based on a silane-modified polymer with a neutral cartridge label. It cures upon contact with atmospheric moisture. Suitable substrates This sealant is suitable for the following substrates: Metals, Thermoplastics (except PE, PP, PTFE),Mineral materials, Wood, Coated surfaces.

Areas of application: Körapop 215 is used in container construction, body construction and the transport industry.

Advantages of Körapop 215: Elastic, , Good resistance to moisture, Excellent weather resistance, Can be sprayed over with many paints after application

Note on surface pre-treatment: The surfaces should be clean and free of grease and dust before bonding. Körasolv is recommended for cleaning.
