This is a large vintage Moroccan Floral Mandala Bowl signed by Safi. It features a round shape with a glossy finish and a diameter of 17.25 inches. The bowl is made of clay, terracotta, and ceramic materials and has a height of 4.75 inches. The pattern on the bowl is floral and the color is multicolor. It is a handmade item. The bowl is perfect for decorative use only. This bowl is stunning and while the first glance at the bottom of the bowl appears to be messy, I see something different. I see the fingerprints of the artist trying to do his best to not drop this freshly glazed bowl (if you've ever done pottery you know it's even heavier!) The edges are not smooth, there isn't anything refined about this bowl, but that is because it is completely hand made. Now, for the very disappointing news, this bowl was not loved properly by it's previous owner. They apparently had a tripod dish sitting inside for a long time and it stained and ruined the glaze. As heartbreaking as that is, this bowl is still a sight to behold. This vintage piece deserves to live it's life by someone who will appreciate it.
