These protective bumpers will protect your CGC slabs from drops, dings and damage during shipping. There are various materials available from plastic, heat-resistant plastic, carbon fiber nylon and silicone rubber.
Slab stands that fit the shields are also available! Please check my other listings for those. There are stands made specifically for these, so please make sure to choose the correct one.
Regular plastic can warp in high heats (leaving in your car all day long on a really hot day). Heat-resistant plastic will not warp like the regular plastic ones. Carbon fiber nylon will be highly impact resistant and silicone rubber will be soft and rubbery to the touch.
