Warranty & Returns
Warranty
- 90 Day Parts Only Warranty
- Starts the day the item is delivered
- Warranty does not cover labor, towing, car rental, or additional parts and fluids
- Warranty may be void if the part is modified or disassembled
- Warranty may be void if the part is returned without our markings
- In the event of a warranty claim, we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund up to the purchase price depending on the circumstances.
Returns
- No returns on modules, warrnty only
- Documentation and pictures may be requested when contacting us regarding claims or damage.
- If a freight item is refused or returned due to buyer error, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

In the event of a return, we may request documentation that the item was programmed by a professional installer. If the required documentation is not available, then we may be unable to accept a return on this item.
