80’s Easter hip Hop bunny retro fluorescent holiday decoration

In good condition with some noticeable wear in spots, specifically several scratches on the glasses, one side of plastic on the glasses is cracked, still attached but barely. Needs a cleaning in spots. Doesn't not make any sounds when button is pushed.
