Pantyhose with intentional rips and tears for a steam punk or goth sort of look. In reality, these are mostly uniform sized circles that are finished at the edges so they'll stay looking good rather than rough rips and tears but make for an interesting leg look. At least you won't have to worry too much about getting a new run in these!
