In 1963, The Bulletin of the National Railway Historical Society (NRHS) was published quarterly. These are all four Quarters of 1963, Volume 28, Numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4.  They measure 6" x 9" and have lots great black and white pictures of trains and traction in interesting articles. 

First Quarter, 1963, Volume 28, Number 1 has 60 pages.

Second Quarter, 1963, Volume 28, Number 2 has 56 pages.

Third Quarter, 1963, Volume 28, Number 3 has 52 pages.

Fourth Quarter, 1963, Volume 28, Number 4 has 52 pages and includes a copy of The Pennsylvania Railroad, Philadelphia Region, General Order No. 1205 dated November 27. 1961 related to the Army and Navy Football Game of Saturday December 2, 1961.
