We use the same lacquer master used in record production.
By shaving off the thickness of the label affixed to the record, 
we have improved the adhesion to the record and achieved a 
denser feeling of music playback.
By processing the concave surface, which has high friction resistance, 
we prevent slipping with the record and achieve stable rotation performance.
The record surface is sandblasted once with fine sand, and a second
 time with vinyl chips, before being sanded to improve precision.
