This is a vintage 1990s Virginia Tech starter windbreaker, pullover jacket size extra large. It does have a zipper on the side of it. The zipper works very well. It does have two cigarette holes in the front of the jacket. Please see pictures before buying the measurements of the jacket or in the pictures.
