Offered for sale is a STUNNING hand-painted plate that was manufactured in France by one of the Limoges factories - specifically BM de M.  The time period is sometime before 1914 (pre-WW 1) - probably around 1909.  The plate measures 9 3/8 inches across and features heavy gold trim around the edges.  The scene is glorious orange poppies on a verdant green background.  Poppies were a very popular flower around this time and they appear on several pieces of Limoges.  The artist signature reads "Alice" and this is a well-done piece!  The orange color really POPS and you will not be disappointed in the great quality!  The condition is EXCELLENT with no chips, no cracks, no damage, and no discoloration.  Please see all of the photos, check my feedback, and ask any questions before making a purchase.  You will be quite pleased with this lovely piece!
