This is a genuine HL640ED, Hobart Legacy 640 quart, aluminum "ED" spiral dough hook, Hobart 00-874292 EDDOUGH-HL640, 40 QT dough hook.  

It Works on Hobart Legacy series mixers, HL600 series of Legacy 60 qt. mixers.  This dough hook will not work on Hobart Classic series of mixers.

This dough hook costs $770.36 plus shipping and sales tax from Hobart when purchased new.
