A possibly Ossie Clark collaboration as it's in the same time frame, but there is no mention of Ossie on the label.

It's in great condition! No noticeable flaws. Please examine photos. It has been taken in slightly at the waist to best fit a 6 / waist 24". Model is a size 8 and it was very snug!
