LESCO PolyPlus-Opti is a controlled release nitrogen with an enhanced, exclusive polymer coating 

Organic-Base Fertilizer 15-15-15 

to provide quick green-up with linear, long-lasting performance. This product may be used on residential and commercial turf, golf courses, and athletic fields for up to six months of consistent greening requiring fewer labor hours and bags of fertilizer than competing un-coated nitrogen formulations.

    PolyPlus-Opti How it Works

    Once applied, soil moisture penetrates the polymer coating through osmosis. Water passes through the outer layer, dissolving the nutrients inside.

    Step Two

    Dissolved nutrients release via diffusion through pores in the polymer coating. 

    Step Three

    Release rate and longevity are controlled by coating thickness (90-, 120- and 180-day) and soil temperature, allowing custom delivery of nutrition based on your needed length of feeding.
