Terms of Sale:
We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and reliable images of our artworks. All sales
are made on an "as-is" basis and are generally considered final.
If you'd like to receive additional images of an item, we'll be happy to provide them.
For any questions or concerns regarding a received item, feel free to reach out and we'll do our best
to assist.
Payment:
Payment is made through eBay's secure system, according to the available options the platform
offers to buyers.
If payment is not completed within a reasonable time frame, the order may be considered non-final
and we may proceed accordingly.
Packaging:
All artworks are carefully and securely packed.
Paper-based works, including prints, may be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube.
Packaging details are specified in each item's listing.
Glass will not be shipped, in order to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping:
1. Combined shipping is available when possible.
2. Items are handed over to the shipping company within 7 business days of receiving payment.
3. Shipments are sent via registered mail or door-to-door delivery, depending on the item and
destination.
4. We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, delays caused by shipping
companies or customs may occur and are beyond our control. You're welcome to contact us with
any questions-we'll be happy to assist.
5. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
6. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns:
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition.
Returned items must be securely and carefully packaged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please contact us in advance before returning any item.
