All our Laptop components are taken from working tested laptops.

Most laptops will either be bios locked or uneconomical to repair.

We can guarantee that the parts are from the model listed only. They usually fit other laptops but we can only guarantee that they are from the laptop in the title

Items are in fully working condition and if they are cosmetic parts i.e a lid, then if they are not deemed to be in axcellent condition all around, they will be re-finished by our team -i.e re-painted

Because that are multiples of the items we will only take photos of one laptop which may not be the exact one your part is removed from.

We really want you to be happy with your purchase so PLEASE if you are not happy with your purchase or it arrives damaged would you contact us in the first instance to enable us to rectify the issue speedily for you.

Items will be send via Royal Mail in most cases however their is an option for next day expedited shipping with DPD  that could cover one or multiple items at the same cost

All items are security marked with our own bespoke UV pen markings and logged internally before despatch
