These are re-manufactured ZKC923 (8mm / 5/16") fuel pipe clips to suit the Triumph TR7 and TR8.

The pipe clips attach to posts under the floor - see images.

The original clips were fragile and easily broken. The last image shows the location of some of the clips and if you look closely, several of the clips are broken which is not unusual and not ideal for a fuel line.

These clips are manufactured from 80% Nylon plus 20% carbon fibre, are robust and safe to tap into place with a hammer + punch or similar to the base of the clip, to grip on to the TR7 / 8 supporting posts attached to the floor.
