BRAND: NO BRAND , PROFESSINALLY MADE GOWN. 

MATERIAL : COTTON LACE MOST LIKELY . DOSEN'T FEEL LIKE SILK AND FABRIC IS STRONG AND HEALTHY . 

FABRIC PATTERN/ DESIGN: 
FLORAL ON NET WEB, ALL LACE GOWN, 
SLEEVELESS AND LONG 
CIRCA LATE 1920S TO EARLY 1930. 
VERY CHIC ART DECO LOOK SORT OF SPANISH DANCER FLAIR. 
THE WAIST IS DROPPED VERY LOW AND THE SKIRT PART IS A CIRCLE WITH A WIDE BORDER HEM.  
SCALLOPED SEAMS AT THE WAIST TO SKIRT INTERSECTION. FINE TRIMMED EDGED ARM AND NECK HOLES. 
THE WAIST AND HIP SEEMS TO HAVE A BIT OF LIGHT ROUCHING TO IT AS WAS THE STYLE THROUGH THE HIPS AND WAIST, PERHAPS TO FACILITATE THE FIT. 
DRESS GOES ON OVER THE HEAD AND DOSEN'T HAVE AN OPENING. 

CONDITION: VERY GOOD CONDITION
SOME WRINKLING AND LINT. 
THERE ARE A COUPLE SMALL BREAKS IN THE LACE AT THE UNDERARM, FROM STRESS, NOT FROM ROT. SEE PICS

I FOUND A SMALL HOLE BY THE WAIST AND A TINY HOLE IN THE HEM SEAM INTERSECTION. SEE PIC
THERE WOULD INEVITABLY BE ANOTHER BREAK SOMEWHERE BUT THIS FABRIC IS REALLY IN GREAT CONDITION. 
NO STAINS OR DISCOLORATIONS NOTED. 

I WOULD SAY THIS DRESS IS WEARABLE WITH CONSIDERATION. 
THE FABRIC IS SUPPLE AND FEELS STRONG ENOUGH TO SUPPORT ITSELF. 
I WOULD NOT STORE IT ON A HANGER, RATHER IN AN ACID-FREE BOX.

WHEN MEASURING THIS ITEM, THE BODICE HAS SOME HORIZONATAL GIVE. THESE MEASUMENTS ARE THE EXTENT OF THAT GIVE IN A LOOSE, NON DESTRUCTIVE WAY. 

WOULD BE BEST TO BE AN INCH OR TWO SMALLER THAN THE LISTED BUST AND HIP MEASURE FOR BEST FIT.
