Returns and Refunds are allowed under the following conditions:
1 - I am NOT a Comic Book Grading Expert - Please look very closely at the high-quality scans and ask questions before you bid
2 - Even Grading Experts will argue about the grade of a book - I will not argue or debate with a buyer over the grade of a book
4 - I will not adjust the price if a buyer doesn't agree with the grade - if buyer doesn't like purchase just send the book back
5 - Buyer must return within 7 days, pay for return shipping cost, and provide tracking information
6 - Book must be received in same condition and same packaging as when sent or no refund will be issued - NO Exceptions.
7 - If the above conditions are met then Purchase Price will be refunded - initial shipping cost to buyer is non-refundable
