Does include battery (Has started to sell / Pushing the screen out of the device some along both sides). Does include the SIM tray. I was not able to get the device to power on during testing - No visible breaks or cracks (Screen has some heavy scratches and some residue in some places that is hard to get off) - Unable to test further
