Released in 2010, this is the red card Clone Wars action figure Commander TX-20. I have seen very few of these on sale recently.

From the card back: Commander TX-20 is a tactical droid who communicates with Separatist leader Wat Tambor via hologram. Capable of strategic calculations, TX-20 gives orders to battle droids when Republic forces attempt to free the planet Ryloth from Separatist control.

This card has a 1" crease on one side (see images). It is only really visible from the back as it is behind the blister. Otherwise the card is in fantastic shape & the blister is clear. If you need any additional images, please ask.
