Vintage Hobart 3.5 Qt. Reducer 3 Piece Kit for 10 Qt. C-100 - EUC SELLER REFURBISHED
Seller Refurbished - All parts were de-greased, washed, rinsed, sanitized and polished. The kit is ready for immediate food use. There is some light scratches and scuffs from from normal use. There are four shallow dents in the bowl. The bowl adapter ring was some light oxidation and missing paint; however paint is factory original Hobart grey. Also, very little wear on the beater. Excellent overall condition for its age, circa 1960s. Mixer shown in the pictures is not part of this listing. You are buying a genuine Hobart 3.5 quart reducer / step down 3 piece kit only.
This genuine Hobart reducer kit steps down your Hobart C-10, C210, C-100 and C-100T, 10 quart commercial stand mixer into a 3 1/2 quart commercial sized mixer. This kit will not work on any other Hobart mixer than the 10 quarts with models (C-10, C210, C-100 and C-100T).
Kit includes the following parts:
- 3.5 quart tin plated steel bowl
- 3.5 quart bowl adapter ring
- 3.5 quart C-3-B aluminum flat beater die #7745
These parts are incredibly difficult to find let alone finding one in such great condition and complete. In my lifetime, I have never seen a one sold on eBay prior to this listing.
