This is a 2003 Miracle Pictures film of Joe Palooka (Palooka is the title that comes up in the opening credits), the 1934 film starring Jimmy Durante, Lupe Velez, Stuart Erwin, Marjorie Rambeau, Robert Armstrong, Mary Carlisle, William Cagney, and Thelma Todd.

The DVD is quite scratched but plays fine. DVD case is in good shape with little fading to the front art.
