Shipping:

otherwise specified your item will be shipped via USPS Priority mail
with delivery confirmation. Paypal is the only accepted payment method.
We only ship to bidders with confirmed addresses. The stated shipping
rate is for shipment within the 48 states. We will not ship
internationally in most cases, but please ask for a shipping quote
before bidding. Almost all items are shipped within 24 hours of payment.
You will receive an email from eBay with the tracking number in it.

pay as soon as possible. Delays in payment will delay the shipping of
your item. Payment is expected within 4 days of the auction end. After 4
days the non-paying bidder process will be started automatically.

that everything we sell is as it is in the description. If you receive
your item and it is not as the auction described please let us know as
soon as possible and we can process your return. Some items say
specifically that they are sold as is, with no returns. If that is the
case the only returns will be if the item was not accurately described
in the description. If you misread the description or accidentally
purchased the wrong item we will not cover the return shipping.

make many different models under the same name. Not all parts that say
"Jazzy" fit every "Jazzy" wheelchair. In fact often we find that two
chairs with the same name could use different parts. Therefore; before
you order a part, if you are not absolutely certain that this part will
fit your chair please call or message us to make sure. We are more than
happy to look up your wheelchair or scooter using its serial number to
determine if a part will meet your needs. Your satisfaction is important
to us, and matching happy customers with correct parts is our goal. If
you have to return a part due to inadequate research or faulty
assumptions, we charge a restocking fee. We'd like to avoid these
