The item is in (PLEASE READ) brand new never been removed from the box packaging w/ minor yet noticeable wear present to the box from shelf life/ store employees handling most notably the front top of the card shows some scuff marks (SEE PICTURES FOR ISSUES), but it does not effect the figure inside or take away from this piece display wise.
