Refurbished by VE Solutions (formerly Vendors Exchange).  It has not been used
since it was refurbished.  VE Solutions disassembled the mechanism, steam-cleaned the disassembled parts, checked for and replaced broken and defective parts, and then reassembled the mechanism.  The mechanism was checked twice to make sure it worked right, once by the technician and then by their quality control.  The mechanism is warranted by VE Solutions for a period of one year from the date it was refurbished.  The date of refurbishment is clearly displayed on the side of the mechanism.  Please note that specific terms of their warranty are as follows:  VE Solutions will replace without charge for parts or labor for any new part that was installed during the refurbishing process.  In addition, VE Solutions will replace all other parts that fail during the warranty period and charge only for the cost of the part.  There will be no labor charge for such parts.
