Tips for correct use:

Prolonged soaking is not recommended. 2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. You can also use a baking spray containing flour. Do not use regular cooking spray. 3. Blends and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to prevent it from overflowing. 4. Metal utensils, sponges and abrasive cleaners should not be used on non-stick surfaces.

Before pouring the dough inside, grease the single-portion cavities with oil and flour. The dessert will be easy to remove from the mold and simple to clean. 

We recommend not washing in the dishwasher, so as not to compromise the performance of the non-stick coating.
