- We offer an exchange for a faulty/damaged item when you contact us within 30 days from the received date We may ask you to provide us pictures or video of the faulty item to determine a technician the fault of the product.
- If you return the item without any agreement with us, the return shipping cost cannot be reimbursed even if item is found detective/faulty, damaged or for any reason decided by yourself. For return due to changing of your mind, 20% of the restocking fee and the round shipping fee are on the your side.
