I offer FREE delivery to my customers on nearly all of my “Bitty Pop” listings. As the postage costs are an additional expense to myself, I post most of the items 2nd Class with Royal Mail. (Higher valued purchases will be sent Tracked 48.)
I will always dispatch your items by the next working day as I take them to the post office myself.
Unfortunately sometimes Royal Mail takes a little longer to deliver your items to you which is out of my control once I have dispatched them. Please be patient & allow an extra couple of days to arrive.
If you need an item faster due to buying for a gift, please message me first and I will be happy to upgrade the postage service to you if you would like to pay for a faster delivery option.
