Hi, this is a retired toys r us umbrella in either black or blue color. it is made of vinyl polyester and has a rubber like plastic handle and the inside is wire constructed. this clips in and pulls out  and locks in place as shown. it measures 42 INCH. new with tag label as shown. waterproofed, great for sun or rain. this is limited so. this is really nice quality umbrella. great value
