Bonnie Clipper, RN, DNP, MA, MBA, CENP, FACHE, is the Associate Vice President for Professional Nursing Practice and Development at St. David's HealthCare in Austin, Texas, and is Co-chair of the Central Texas Health Industry Steering Committee, an industry and academic collaboration addressing the workforce needs of the health care industry. Clipper served as chief nursing officer for 12 years, specializing in nurse leadership and direct patient care.
