If you are trying to save money on replacing an entire headband assembly you can replace a single side of your headband. The swivel can break from overuse or a lot of pressure. You can replace a single side or replace both at the same time. This process isn't simple so we do offer a Sony WH-1000XM5 mail-in service for you but if you watch our repair video you can do this repair at home and save a ton of money.
