Tempus-fabrica è un appassionato di micromeccanica e restauro, oltre che collezionista, di orologi da polso vintage. Gli orologi e la fornitura venduta tramite la piattaforma di Ebay, proviene da collezioni private e/o giacenze personali.

Vige pertanto il Codice del Consumatore per la vendita tra privati con formula "visto e piaciuto" usando la piattaforma di Ebay come canale di vendita.


A causa dei continui smarrimenti di pacchi da parte del Servizio Postale, spedisco solo con corriere BRT o GLS.


Come venditore, non mi assumo nessuna responsabilità inerente al vettore di trasporto, non rispondo e non posso rispondere per problemi o mancate consegne del vettore, pertanto non mi accollerò nessun costo aggiuntivo derivante da quanto sopra scritto.


Tutte le spedizioni, vengono videoregistrate durante il confezionamento sia per mostrare la funzionalità dell'articolo, sia per evitare contestazioni o azioni fraudolente.

Due to the constant loss of packages by the Postal Service, I only ship with BRT or GLS courier.


As a seller, I do not assume any responsibility for the transport carrier, I am not responsible and cannot be responsible for problems or failed deliveries by the carrier, therefore I will not take on any additional costs arising from the above.


All shipments are videotaped during packaging both to show the functionality of the item and to avoid disputes or fraudulent actions.
