Unless noted as Free Shipping, buyer pays shipping, handling and insurance (if requested) as listed.  S/H/I cost to be quoted based on the buyer's geographical location, if other than the United States (Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico has additional costs).  I ship via United States Post Office.

Any out of country (U.S) purchases, please ask for shipping costs prior to purchase and must submit payment in U.S. dollars. No exceptions.
