TE AMP 28 position Circular Plastic Connectors, part number 205840-3 . The size 17 shell uses a size 20 male contact, TE AMP 66506-9  not included but widely available. These connectors were purchased for a project but we went with a smaller connector. The package was opened for inspection but the parts were never used.
