    PHILOSOPHY:
    The items I list are pre-owned or used by me. I know eBay has evolved to an outlet for new Retail sellers, Offshore storefronts, distribution outlets and entrepreneurs who buy items at thrift stores to sell at a higher price on eBay. I list only household items, that I no longer need. (many are new in sealed boxes).  I often reuse old boxes and packing material I have collected from other online purchases (Amazon).  I have a full-time office job, so this is my way to contribute to a shared economy and reduce global trash and our shared carbon foot-print.  But most I am working hard to clean out unused stuff and de clutter.

    PRICING STRATEGY:
    I list items at what EBay tells me is the best Buy it now (BIN) Price.  I then reduce ALL listing by 5% every other week (best effort).  So if you see something you really like and it's too expensive
         1.) Make and offer - Reasonable offers are often accepted on   the first request.
         2.) If not in my range I will counter-offer
         3.) Add to your watch list all items are price reduced periodically down to $5 (never less) [Just not worth the effort to pack and ship]

    ITEMS FOR SALE:
    Items being sold are mostly previously owned and used by me only.  Please closely review the condition and photos.  I will often highlight details or defects with colored circles on photos to ensure you see the required details. (Not present on all photos) .  99.9% of the items are one owner and 100% are from non-smoking clean households. (Think eBay  "Garage sale" not "store")

    SHIPPING TIMES:
    My shipping lead times can be extended as there are occasions that I need to go on business trips and may need a few days to return home before I can pack and ship.   Most of my shipments go out the Saturday/Monday after your payment.   If you need something sooner, let me know. I have shipped as quickly as a few hours.

    PACKAGING:
    I ship in old Amazon boxes and Mylar envelopes and boxes.  Most small items I will ship in padded envelopes (Clothing and small household goods) larger items I opt for box services ALL shipments include tracking. In my experience FedEx and UP have superior tracking systems and USPS can often fail to report parcel progress or update accurately.  Strange shaped items may require a salvaged or purchased box.  Priority mail ship to the US and US military posts only

    LARGE ITEMS:
    I have learned that large items can be very expensive to ship.  In fact, the process of determining the shipping costs can be onerous (finding huge boxes and weighting furniture is cumbersome)  I list very large items as "pick-up only" and most serious buyers have had good luck arranging for a national shipping company to pick up the item like “iShip”.  Since shipping is very expensive, I usually only charge for the boxes I need to buy, packing material and postage.  When possible I may provide rough dimension and estimated the weight to help buyers determine shipping cost.

    AUCTION PRICING:
    I tend to run ALL my auctions as a fixed price for long duration then drop price periodically until the items sell.  If you see an item you like, please add it to your "watch list" and you will see my asking price drop over time.  When it hits “your price” feel welcome to purchase.

    RETURNS:
    I invest a lot of time describing and taking pictures of items to be "upfront" with item quality and condition.  If you are unsure, PLEASE SEND ME A MESSAGE TO CLARIFY.   I only approve returns or credits if there is a egregious error or oversight on my part,  I will NOT take returns for minor issues.  You should buy at a price in accordance with described condition photographs.  My items should be considered garage sales purchases and NOT RETURNABLE

    I welcome feedback but will not follow up with you for feedback, If you have an issue please take it up with me via a message first.  To date, I have been able to find a mutually acceptable resolutions for all my bidder and buyers.  

    In short -  If you are looking for a great deal on cool stuff.   We will have a great experience.   If you BID and later decide to NOT pay or pick up, I will often ask you to reimburse my listing fees and commissions.
