At GB DIY Store we understand that when you've placed an order you want your goods as soon as possible. Any orders which are placed before 3pm will be dispatched the very same day, Monday - Friday. Any orders made after that time will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

During checkout there will be different delivery options for you to choose from which will include a next day delivery option at an additional cost.

At GB DIY Store we operate a 30 day return and refund policy. This means you have 30 days from the day of delivery to return your product to us.

When returning a product to us you must follow the below instructions

• You must contact us or open a return request prior to the return of any product.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging and all included accessories.
• The product must be in a brand new and unused condition.
• You must include your original receipt or have obtained an RMA (returns number) before returning the product.

Change of mind returns

If you change your mind, have ordered the wrong part or simply no longer require the product you have 30 days from the day of delivery to return the product back to us for a refund.

It is the buyers responsibility for the safe return of the product and any postage costs incurred.

Item received is damaged

In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged we will replace or refund the product. In this case we will require evidence of the damage prior to any replacement or refund being issued.

Item received is incorrect

In the unlikely event we have sent you the incorrect item we will require you to return the product to us so that we can process a replacement.

It is the buyers responsibility for the safe return of the product however, GB DIY Store will cover any postage costs incurred.

Will my parcel have tracking?

Everything we dispatch has some form of tracking or delivery confirmation. We will email you with the relevant tracking information once we have dispatched your order.

My order hasn't arrived.

If your order hasn't arrived, please contact us immediately. All of our parcels have a form of tracking so we should be able to find the problem and resolve it right away for you.

Can I return my order?

We offer a no quibble 30 days return policy which means you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please view the returns information or contact us for more details.
