• EVERGREEN - The Ceropegia woodii is an evergreen tuberous perennial with long trailing stems that can grow up to 1m or more in length. It produces small, heart-shaped, grey lace patterned leaves with a pinkish-purple underside. During the Summer months this plant grows lantern-shaped pink and purple tubular flowers 2cm long.
• SUNLIGHT - String of Hearts are extremely easy to look after and very tolerant to some neglect. They prefer bright indirect sunlight, but a dash of direct sunlight early in the morning or evening sunlight will enhance the patterns on the leaves.
• WATERING - This plant prefers its soil to be kept slightly moist, but not overwatered as the plant can quickly become waterlogged. It's important to water it regularly during the Summer, allowing the soil to almost completely dry out between watering again. During the Winter cut back on the amount of water the plant receives.
