A Little History:

The Martin Limoges Company was begun when Pierre Martin leased the old Nivet porcelain factory in Limoges in 1882. In 1886, his brother Charles Martin became a partner in the company. By 1886 Charles Martin was alone in the business, and he bought the building in 1905. At some point Charles was joined by his son-in-law Jean Duche, who became a partner. The factory closed in the early 1930s.
